The Pinery - Golf Clubhouse

The Pinery Golf Clubhouse is a private Country Club that has golf, tennis, swimming , locker room, and dining facilities on site. The project included a new clubhouse with locker rooms, formal and casual dining, commercial kitchen, and golf pro shop. In addition, a new pool bath house was added next to the existing pool that included a fitness room and concessions stand. Finally a new free standing cart barn was provided to house the course fleet. The new facilities replaced a 1970's era clubhouse that was in need of major repair work.

I started as the project manager in the middle of the CD phase to perform quality review, and finalize owner requirements. I followed the project through construction administration ensuring design quality and intent were upheld through completion.
