Cornerstone Golf Clubhouse
The Cornerstone Golf Clubhouse is a new golf course community located southwest of Montrose on the Uncompahgre Plateau. The centerpiece of the development is a spectacular Greg Norman designed 18 hole golf course. In addition to the clubhouse, the development included a new gate house, welcome center, irrigation pump house, golf course comfort stations, and a remote member lodge in Telluride for ski adventures. The mountain rustic theme was carried throughout all of the buildings and interiors.
I served as the Project Architect | Primary Designer for all of the buildings noted above. Working with the developer team to fine tune the design approach and following all of the projects through construction.
