The State Services Buildings was a complete renovation of a nine story 1950's era Temple Buell designed State of Colorado office building. Renovation included new mechanical, electrical, elevators, roof, ceilings, lighting and window replacement. Small additions included a new covered accessible entry, and a covered exterior dining patio. In addition to new open office spaces for the Department of Administration and the Department of Law, the facility included new entry lobby, cafeteria, and lower level conferencing center.
